  • Japan’s Next-Generation On-Chain Finance Plan, and Where Jasmy Could Fit

    Japan is moving beyond simply supporting Web3. In May 2026, Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party released its “Next-Generation AI and On-Chain Finance Vision”, forming part of the broader Digital Nippon 2026 policy programme. The vision is for a financial system increasingly built around: AI agents trusted and verified data digital identity yen stablecoins tokenised bank deposits tokenised real-world assets smart contracts 24/7 financial markets near-instant or T+0 settlement. The ultimate concept is surprisingly straightforward: Trusted data → AI decision-making → smart contracts → digital money → on-chain settlement Stablecoins are a major part of the plan Japan is examining a future in which yen stablecoins could be used for everyday and business payments, while tokenised bank deposits could handle larger institutional transactions. The policy also discusses clarifying whether stablecoins could eventually be used for areas such as salaries, taxes and capital contributions. Bank-issued stablecoins are also under consideration. Importantly, this isn't only theoretical. Japan's Financial Services Agency has been supporting experiments involving major banks and securities companies exploring blockchain-based securities settlement. AI and finance come together The plan envisages AI agents eventually being capable of initiating transactions automatically. For example, AI could verify that goods have been delivered and contractual requirements satisfied. A smart contract could then automatically release payment using a yen stablecoin. Receivables generated through that transaction could themselves potentially be tokenised and financed. That creates an economy where identity, trusted data, AI, blockchain and money increasingly operate together. Where could Jasmy fit? This is where things become interesting, but we need to distinguish evidence from speculation. Jasmy already operates in an area Japan will need for this type of economy: trusted digital identity and personal data. Jasmy's Personal Data Locker (PDL) has been connected with Japan's JPKI public personal authentication infrastructure, using the electronic certificates contained in My Number Cards for identity verification. Conceptually, that creates a possible architecture: My Number/JPKI → verified identity → PDL/trusted data → AI → blockchain → programmable payment JasmyChain could potentially provide part of the blockchain infrastructure within such an environment. However, there is currently no evidence that the Japanese government has selected JasmyChain for its national on-chain finance infrastructure or that JASMY will be used as a settlement asset. That remains the critical missing connection. Why this matters Under former Prime Minister #Kishida, Japan promoted Data Free Flow with Trust (DFFT) — creating economic value from data while maintaining trust. Japan's newer policy direction goes considerably further. It increasingly combines: trusted data + verified identity + AI + blockchain + tokenised assets + programmable money #Jasmy already has demonstrable exposure to the identity and trusted-data side of that architecture. The major question now is whether JasmyChain and ultimately JASMY become connected to the financial and settlement side as well. I would characterise the evolution like this: #Kishida era Digital society → DFFT → trusted data → My Number/digital identity → Web3 development #Takaichi era Digital society → DFFT remains → My Number expands → private-sector digital identity expands → trusted/high-quality data becomes increasingly important for AI → AX/DX becomes a national growth strategy → Web3 environment continues → on-chain finance enters the policy discussion That is something worth watching very closely. In fact, after reading the actual 2026 document, I think the connection we've been following is materially stronger than simply “Japan is crypto-friendly.” Japan is trying to construct a trusted, identity-aware, AI-compatible, programmable financial/data economy. Jasmy already occupies one identifiable piece of that architecture. What we need to watch now is whether it gets pulled into the money and settlement layer.   • The Patent Map Behind Jasmy, JasmyLab, JANCTION, Remixpoint and DEEPPOINT

    Real patents. Real technology. A clearer picture. Last checked: 13 September 2026 #Jasmy #JasmyLab #Janction #Remixpoint #Deeppoint #Hara When we talk about technology companies, it is easy to focus on announcements, partnerships and future plans. Inspired by the lack of forthcoming information from the recent VO1D event, I've decided to dig deeper into the area of patents because they give us something different. They show technologies that a company or inventor has considered sufficiently important and potentially novel to seek legal protection. For the companies surrounding Jasmy, the patent trail is particularly interesting because it stretches across: personal-data protection blockchain cryptographic authentication biometrics identity verification near-field communication artificial intelligence and image processing battery storage electricity-market optimisation power conversion distributed computing In this article, I seek to distinguish granted patents, pending applications, international families, divisional filings, historical patents and related third-party patents rather than blending them together. This article looks at six areas: Jasmy JasmyLab JANCTION Remixpoint DEEPPOINT Other patents directly relevant to the people and technology behind these companies Importantly, a patent application is not the same thing as a granted patent. I have therefore labelled the status of each patent as clearly as possible. First: how to read the status GRANTED A patent office has examined the application and granted patent rights. PENDING The application has been filed but has not yet resulted in a granted patent. PCT / INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION A PCT application provides a route for seeking patent protection internationally. It does not mean that the inventor automatically owns a patent in every country. Separate national or regional patent rights generally have to be pursued. EXPIRED / HISTORICAL The patent existed but the particular right is no longer active. RELATED The patent is relevant because of an inventor, partner or underlying technology, but it is not owned by the company being discussed. That distinction is particularly important when discussing #Tadashi Morita's earlier #Sony inventions. 1. JASMY #Jasmy has the most directly relevant patent portfolio in this group. Its identifiable patent work covers personal data, blockchain, device authentication, biometric security, interactive identity verification and, most recently, electrical power systems. These should not be treated as one giant patent. They are separate inventions. JASMY PATENT 1 Personal information sharing with selective disclosure Patent: JP7313642B2 Title: Terminal Device, Information Processing System and Program Applicant / owner: Jasmy Incorporated Priority: 6 August 2020 Japan status: GRANTED Registration: 14 July 2023 View JP7313642B2 patent record What problem is it trying to solve? When somebody proves who they are to a company or service, they often provide far more personal information than the organisation actually needs. For example, proving that you meet an age requirement does not necessarily require handing over your complete identity record. Jasmy's invention creates a distinction between highly identifying personal information and information derived from it that has a lower level of identifiability. What does the patent actually do? The terminal stores highly identifying information. It can then associate that information with other personal information that reveals less about the individual. That lower-identifiability information can be supplied to another party. The patent also incorporates blockchain into the management and provision of this information. Example Think of your complete identity as being locked inside a secure box. Instead of giving a company the entire box, the system could provide only the particular fact that the company needs. The aim is essentially: prove what is necessary without unnecessarily revealing who you are. Why would Jasmy want this? This fits directly with Jasmy's long-standing concept of data sovereignty. Rather than organisations automatically accumulating complete profiles about people, the individual can potentially exercise much more control over which information is released. Potential applications include: personal Data Locker age or eligibility verification digital identity membership verification enterprise identity systems consent-based personal-data sharing Web3 identity International status This invention became the foundation of an international patent family. That means the same underlying invention has been pursued in several jurisdictions. JASMY PATENT 2 Encrypted sharing of more sensitive personal information Patent application: JP2023126889A Applicant: Jasmy IncorporatedJ apan status: PENDING Filed: 4 July 2023 Published: 12 September 2023 Priority: 6 August 2020 View JP2023126889A patent application What problem is this one trying to solve? Sometimes the receiving organisation really does need the more sensitive identifying information. That creates another problem: "How can highly identifying information be transmitted while ensuring that only the intended recipient can read it?" What does it do? This application develops the earlier personal-information concept further. Highly identifying information can be written using blockchain while remaining encrypted. The intended recipient possesses the cryptographic key required to decrypt it. Example Imagine putting confidential information into a locked digital envelope. The envelope can travel through a shared system, but only the intended recipient has the key. Anyone else seeing the envelope cannot simply read its contents. Why is it important? This moves the concept from merely reducing the amount of information disclosed to protecting sensitive information when it actually must be disclosed. That could be useful for: verified digital identity regulated services financial onboarding employment verification health or insurance environments government-linked identity services It should not, however, be interpreted as proof that any Japanese government system currently uses this patent. This is significant because Jasmy did not limit this particular invention to Japan. It sought protection in several major markets. As of this review, the picture is: Japan — granted Taiwan — granted United States — pending Europe — pending That is much more meaningful than simply saying that Jasmy “has an international patent”. It has an international patent family with different legal statuses in different jurisdictions. JASMY PATENT 3 Device-specific cryptographic keys for blockchain recording Patent: JP7250288B2 Application publication: JP2022039713A Applicant / owner: Jasmy Incorporated Priority: 28 August 2020 Japan status: GRANTED View JP7250288B2 patent record What problem is it trying to solve? Blockchain systems depend heavily on cryptographic keys. If the same fundamental key is repeatedly exposed or used everywhere, it creates security and management problems. Jasmy's invention starts with a first key stored on the device. The device can use that key, together with other information, to create a second key. The second key can then be used when encrypted transaction information is recorded on a blockchain. Why is that useful? It creates the possibility of generating different cryptographic identities or credentials for different purposes without continually exposing the underlying master credential. The patent also describes applications in which different software can be associated with different derived keys. Example Think of the first key as the master key to a secure building. Instead of handing the master key to every room, the system creates different access cards for different rooms. The master key remains protected. What could it be used for? Potential applications include: secure PCs enterprise devices blockchain logging software-specific blockchain records device authentication IoT equipment auditable enterprise systems This is one of the patents that makes Jasmy's blockchain work particularly relevant to real devices, rather than blockchain existing only as a financial ledger. JASMY PATENT 4 Software-specific encrypted blockchain recording Patent: JP7719450B2Publication: JP2022120111AApplicant / owner: Jasmy IncorporatedPriority: 28 August 2020Japan status: GRANTEDGranted: August 2025 View JP7719450B2 patent record Is this the same patent as JP7250288? No. It belongs to the same underlying family, but JP7719450 resulted from a divisional application. That means parts of the original invention were separated and pursued through another patent application. What does this patent concentrate on? This patent goes more deeply into how a device can: hold a first key create multiple secondary keys associate those keys with particular software encrypt information generated by particular software record that encrypted information on blockchain Why does that matter? A business computer can run many different applications. Those applications do not necessarily need to share one blockchain identity. This architecture potentially allows: Application A → Key A → blockchain record Application B → Key B → blockchain record while both ultimately derive their security from the protected device-level credential. Example Instead of every employee in a building using the same security pass, each department receives a different pass derived from the building's central security system. A compromise in one area therefore does not necessarily expose everything else. Potential relevance This is particularly interesting in relation to: Jasmy Secure PC enterprise audit trails controlled software environments IoT devices software access management blockchain-based activity records Unlike Jasmy's personal-information patent family, the available family record for this invention currently shows Japan only. JASMY PATENT 5 Dialogue-based identity verification Patent: JP7116766B2 Publication: JP2022065915A Title: Discrimination System, Discrimination Method and Computer Program Owners: Jasmy Incorporated and VITS Inc. Priority: 16 October 2020J apan status: GRANTED View JP7116766B2 patent record What problem does this patent solve? Passwords and static security questions have an obvious weakness. Someone who steals the answer may be able to impersonate the legitimate user. This invention takes a different approach. How does it work? The system examines a user's previous dialogue history with an agent. It generates questions according to defined rules. The person attempting to authenticate is then asked those questions. The system evaluates whether the answers match what would be expected from the genuine user. Example Instead of asking: “What is your mother's maiden name?” the system could effectively ask something derived from your previous interactions that a stranger would be much less likely to know. Why is that useful? It introduces a more contextual form of identity verification. Potential applications could include: account recovery conversational AI authentication fraud prevention secure personal-data access user verification Important ownership point This is not solely a Jasmy patent. It is jointly associated with Jasmy and VITS. That matters when assessing Jasmy's intellectual-property portfolio. JASMY PATENT 6 Biometric-derived password generation Patent: JP7612170B1 Applicant / owner: Jasmy Incorporated Priority: 30 June 2023 Japan status: GRANTED Granted: January 2025 View JP7612170B1 patent record What problem does it solve? Modern phones already use fingerprints or facial recognition. But in many systems, biometrics simply unlock a password that has already been stored somewhere. Jasmy's invention takes a different approach. What does it do? The system obtains biometric information from the user. That information is used to create seed-key information. The system also obtains information relating to the destination or service being accessed. It then combines those pieces of information to generate a password. Example Your biometric characteristic helps create a secret ingredient. The system then combines that ingredient with information about the particular service you want to access. The resulting password can therefore be specific to that service. Why is that potentially useful? It could reduce dependence on: remembered passwords reused passwords centrally stored password lists Potential applications include: Personal Data Locker access Secure PC enterprise authentication digital identity wallets device security passwordless or semi-passwordless access JASMY PATENT 7 Extended biometric password generation Application: JP2025032352A Application number: JP2024220440A Applicant: Jasmy Incorporated Priority: 30 June 2023J apan status: PENDING Published: 11 March 2025 View JP2025032352A patent application How is this different from the granted biometric patent? This is a divisional application from the same biometric-password family. It therefore deserves to be identified separately rather than being hidden under the granted patent. What additional ideas does it cover? The application describes storing corresponding biometric information and potentially dummy biometric information. The system can select the appropriate biometric information and use it with access information to generate a password. Why introduce dummy biometric information? The underlying objective is stronger security. If sensitive biometric-derived information is stored in a structure containing other information, it can potentially make it more difficult for an attacker simply to identify and extract the meaningful credential. Current international position The patent-family records reviewed here currently identify this biometric family in Japan. I have not found a published US, European or PCT equivalent for this family in the records reviewed. JASMY PATENT 8 AC/DC power conversion and distributed power system International publication: WO2026028636A1 Application: PCT/JP2025/021872 Applicant: Jasmy Incorporated Priority: 29 July 2024 Filed: 18 June 2025 Published: 5 February 2026 Status: PENDING INTERNATIONAL PCT APPLICATION View WO2026028636A1 patent application Why is this patent surprising? Because it is not primarily about personal data. It is about electricity. The invention covers an AC/DC power-conversion device using an inverter, battery and multiple current sensors. What problem is it trying to solve? Electrical loads can change extremely quickly. Traditional power sources do not always respond instantly enough to those fluctuations. The invention aims to control current rapidly so that fluctuations on the load side can be absorbed or managed using the inverter and battery system. What does the device contain? At a simplified level: a connection to the main distribution line a connection to a secondary distribution line a connection to a storage battery an inverter multiple current sensors control circuitry The current sensors monitor what is happening on different sides of the system. The inverter then responds to those measurements. Example Imagine a building suddenly turning on a large amount of electrical equipment. Instead of forcing the wider grid to react instantly to that sudden demand, a local battery and inverter can respond. The battery effectively acts as a shock absorber. But there is another very interesting element The patent also describes multiple power-conversion devices exchanging electricity. Before electricity is supplied between devices, reservation information can be written to a blockchain. The actual amount supplied and consumed can then also be recorded on blockchain. That means the patent is not simply: battery + inverter. It also contemplates: distributed energy + measurement + transaction records + blockchain. Why does that matter? Potential applications include: local microgrids distributed batteries renewable-energy communities peer-to-peer electricity exchange industrial energy management auditable energy transactions smart grids International status This is currently a PCT international application. That does not mean Jasmy has already been granted patents throughout the world. As of this review, I have not identified published national grants arising from this PCT application. That is therefore one of the most important patent families to watch. 2. JASMYLAB JasmyLab was established in 2023 and operates in areas including distributed GPUs, blockchain development and Web3 infrastructure. JasmyLab official website Current patent position Japan's G-Biz corporate information system currently reports: Patents: 0 for JasmyLab Inc. View JasmyLab government patent record Does that mean JasmyLab has no intellectual property? No. That would be an incorrect conclusion. A technology company can protect intellectual property through: patents software copyright trade secrets proprietary algorithms confidential know-how trademarks licensing arrangements Patent applications can also remain unpublished for a period after filing. What can we say confidently? As of 13 September 2026: I have not identified a published patent application or granted patent directly assigned to JasmyLab Inc. That is different from saying JasmyLab has never filed one. 3. JANCTION JANCTION is a service/project operated by JasmyLab rather than a separate patent-owning corporation. JANCTION company information Its technology currently includes: distributed GPU infrastructure GPU Pool blockchain infrastructure workload scheduling secure execution verification infrastructure Smart Render digital-asset infrastructure Does JANCTION itself own patents? I have not identified a published patent naming #JANCTION as the legal applicant or patent owner. That distinction matters because JANCTION is a brand/project operated by JasmyLab. What about claims that JANCTION uses patented technology? JasmyLab's own material has referred to patented technologies in connection with its business. However, that statement does not by itself identify: the patent number the patent owner whether JasmyLab owns it whether it is licensed whether it belongs to a partner Until a specific patent record is identified, it would be unsafe to label an unidentified patent as a “JANCTION patent”. SMART RENDER BY JANCTION Smart Render is particularly relevant because it combines technology and expertise from JasmyLab, Jasmy and Panasonic Advanced Technology. Panasonic Advanced Technology Smart Render announcement Patent status The August 2026 announcement states that: Smart Render by JANCTION is the subject of a trademark registration application. That is a trademark, not a patent. A trademark protects branding. A patent protects an invention. The two should not be confused. Why could Smart Render eventually become patent-relevant? Its technical architecture includes: distributed GPU allocation parallel rendering secure data transfer controlled execution environments Jasmy PDL integration Some of those implementation methods could potentially produce patentable inventions. But unless and until an application is published, that remains speculation. 4. REMIXPOINT Remixpoint has a longer patent history. Its intellectual-property record reflects the company's evolution through software, image processing, industrial inspection, digital platforms and now energy. Battery storage is useful, but simply owning a battery does not automatically make it economically efficient. Electricity prices change throughout the day. A smarter system needs to determine: When should we buy electricity? When should we store it? When should we discharge it? What does the patent do? The system obtains next-day wholesale electricity-market prices. It calculates thresholds from those prices. When electricity is relatively cheap, it can schedule charging. When electricity becomes relatively expensive, it can schedule discharging. But it does not blindly follow the schedule. It can also consider: battery condition electricity demand changes in demand connected loads Example Think of it as an automated energy trader attached to a large battery. Cheap electricity → buy and store Expensive electricity → discharge But if the battery or building suddenly needs something different, the system can override the original schedule. Why is this strategically important? It turns a battery from passive hardware into an actively managed economic asset. That is directly relevant to Remixpoint's current expansion into: grid batteries energy management electricity trading battery optimisation REMIXPOINT PATENT APPLICATION 2 Social-media-assisted marketplace screening Application: JP2021-199703 Publication: JP2023-085591 Applicant: Remixpoint Inc. Status: PUBLISHED APPLICATION View JP2023-085591 record What problem does it solve? Online marketplaces face the problem of inappropriate or unsuitable products being listed. Traditional screening can rely entirely on the marketplace operator. This invention introduces community feedback. How does it work? A seller submits information about an item. The system facilitates a social-media post concerning the proposed item. It then obtains information representing social-media users' evaluations of that item. That information can be used to determine whether the listing is appropriate. Example Before allowing something into an online marketplace, the system effectively asks: “How is the wider community reacting to this item?” That feedback becomes another input into the listing decision. Why is it relevant? This reflects Remixpoint's earlier digital-platform activities rather than its present energy focus. It nevertheless shows a recurring interest in: data → automated evaluation → decision-making. REMIXPOINT PATENT 3 Interactive image optimisation Patent: JP4851251 Application: JP2006-183883 Owners: Remixpoint and Oita University Japan status: GRANTED / HISTORICAL View JP4851251 patent record What problem does it solve? Image-editing software can have huge numbers of possible parameter combinations. A normal user may not know which settings will produce the best-looking result. What does the invention do? The system generates several candidate versions of an image. The user selects the preferred version. The computer then uses that choice to narrow the possible parameter space and generates another set of candidates. The process can continue iteratively. Example The computer says: “Which of these pictures looks best?” You choose one. The computer learns the direction you prefer and produces better-targeted alternatives. Why is it interesting today? The patent predates today's generative-AI boom, but the basic principle is recognisable: machine generates options → human supplies preference → machine refines output. It is a historical Remixpoint patent, not evidence that Remixpoint currently operates an AI image-generation business. REMIXPOINT PATENT 4 Drill-wear inspection Patent: JP4128613 Owners: Remixpoint and Ritsumeikan University Japan status: GRANTED / HISTORICAL View JP4128613 patent record What problem does it solve? Factories need to know when cutting tools have worn sufficiently to require regrinding or replacement. Human judgement can vary. What does the system do? It captures an image of a drill tip. The shape of the cutting edge is measured. The system compares the result with reference information representing: an unused drill a drill that should be considered worn out It then mathematically estimates the degree of wear. Example Instead of a worker looking at a drill and saying: “That looks worn.” the computer measures the image and estimates objectively how far the drill has progressed from new to worn out. Why is it relevant? It demonstrates Remixpoint's earlier involvement in: • computer vision industrial automation• objective machine-condition assessment REMIXPOINT PATENT FAMILY 5 Drill inspection method and program This earlier drill-inspection work also produced additional rights. The broader family addresses automated inspection of drill cutting edges and determining tool wear using image analysis. Why are there several patent numbers? Because one invention can produce: an original application divisional applications separate national applications These should not be interpreted as completely unrelated inventions simply because the patent numbers differ. International significance Unlike many of #Remixpoint's historical patents, this technology was pursued outside Japan. That shows that Remixpoint and its research partner considered the industrial inspection technology sufficiently valuable to seek broader protection. REMIXPOINT PATENT 6 Image analysis, registration and search Patent: JP4228031 Owners / research connection: Remixpoint and Ritsumeikan University-related research Japan status: GRANTED / HISTORICAL What problem does it solve? Computers need a mathematical way of understanding whether images are similar. Simply comparing pixels is often not enough. What does the technology do? It extracts features from images and uses mathematical transformations to create a space in which different image classes can be distinguished more effectively. Example Instead of teaching a computer: “These exact pixels mean a dog.” the system tries to identify the deeper characteristics that make one class of images different from another. Why is it important? This was essentially machine-learning-style image classification and retrieval work before today's AI terminology became commonplace. It demonstrates that Remixpoint's historical technology portfolio was significantly more technical than its present energy-focused public identity might suggest. REMIXPOINT PATENT APPLICATION 7 Image analysis and image-search improvement Application: JP2008-151090 Publication: JP2009-295130 Applicants: Remixpoint and Ritsumeikan University Status: HISTORICAL PUBLISHED APPLICATION View JP2009-295130 record What problem does it solve? Searching images effectively requires the computer to identify the characteristics that actually distinguish one type of image from another. What does it do? The system: extracts features from multiple images obtains known class information creates mathematical weighting maps the features into a higher-dimensional space identifies a subspace useful for distinguishing image classes Example Imagine giving a computer thousands of photographs and telling it which categories they belong to. The system tries to discover which combinations of characteristics are most useful for telling those categories apart. Why is it relevant? Again, this belongs to Remixpoint's historical image-analysis era. But it provides useful context for understanding that Remixpoint's technical background predates its energy and digital-asset businesses. 5. DEEPPOINT #DEEPPOINT requires an important clarification. DEEPPOINT official site DEEPPOINT is not a separate DeepTech company with Tadashi Morita's patents sitting inside it. It is a DeepTech media and growth-platform initiative operated by Remixpoint.   • Japan's next chapter; why today's trends could shape Jasmy's future

    Looking at what is happening in Japan right now, several national trends line up unusually well with technologies Jasmy/JasmyLab/JANCTION have been developing. The important distinction is that most are market-direction signals, not evidence Jasmy has won the contracts. Image 1. Japan is turning electricity + GPUs into one infrastructure problem This is probably the strongest external trend for JANCTION. Japan's current “Watt-Bit” push is explicitly about coordinating computing workloads with available electricity. A NEDO-backed project involving IIJ, TEPCO Power Grid, Chubu Electric Power Grid, Fujitsu and others is operating geographically distributed GPU servers as a single AI processing environment. The experiment runs from August 2026 to March 2027 and tests shifting GPU workloads according to electricity conditions. (インターネットイニシアティブ-IIJ) J-POWER, Hitachi, Cisco and railway companies are separately working on linking regional AI data centres over optical networks and moving computing workloads geographically to improve utilisation of both computing and electricity infrastructure. (J-Power) That's remarkably close to JANCTION's underlying proposition: distributed GPUs → orchestration → workloads allocated across resources → compute sold as a service. It doesn't establish a JANCTION relationship. But Japan is effectively validating the problem JANCTION was designed to solve. 2. AI computation is moving away from one giant data centre NTT and DOCOMO have demonstrated AI inference using remotely distributed GPUs, connected through their optical network, including applications involving robotics. (NTT) That matters because JANCTION becomes potentially more valuable if the future architecture is: many GPU locations → one accessible compute layer rather than: one enormous GPU facility → users connect directly to it. And Jasmy has already moved beyond theory here: Jasmy, JasmyLab and Panasonic Advanced Technology announced Smart Render on 31 August, using distributed GPUs for rendering; their test reported a roughly 94% reduction in rendering time for the cited workload. (Jasmy) This is one of the strongest areas where Japan's direction and #JANCTION's actual product direction intersect. 3. Japan's yen stablecoin market is becoming real This has changed substantially. On 7 September, SBI announced that its trust-based yen stablecoin JPYSC had approximately ¥20.1 billion outstanding. Under regulatory changes effective 1 June 2026, qualifying trust-based stablecoins can also invest part of their backing assets in short-dated Japanese government securities and term deposits. (SBI Group) So Japan is moving beyond “maybe we'll have regulated yen stablecoins” into an environment where regulated on-chain yen exists at meaningful scale. That could matter enormously for Jasmy's future architecture. A Jasmy service doesn't necessarily need customers to purchase volatile JASMY to pay ¥5,000 for something. Conceptually it could become: customer → yen stablecoin → application/paymentJasmyChain → transaction executionJASMY → network gas That would give JASMY a completely different role from the stablecoin. I would therefore watch JPYD/JasmyChain developments extremely closely. 4. Japan is moving securities and government bonds on-chain This is much bigger than crypto speculation. Japan is studying blockchain infrastructure capable of near-instant settlement of stocks and Japanese government bonds. The FSA, Ministry of Finance, Bank of Japan and financial institutions are involved, with a development plan reportedly targeted around early 2027. (Reuters) Meanwhile, Progmat has already announced a proof of concept for on-chain JGB repo transactions, following work specifically examining tokenised JGB repo transactions using stablecoins. (Progmat) And the Bank of Japan is exploring tokenised central-bank deposits/wholesale CBDC using DLT, including delivery-versus-payment settlement of digital assets. (Bank of Japan) This doesn't mean JasmyChain will become Japan's financial settlement chain. But it means that concepts such as: blockchain + identity + assets + stable money + settlement are moving into mainstream Japanese financial infrastructure. That makes Jasmy's repeated work around identity, data rights, blockchain and settlement much more strategically relevant than it appeared several years ago. 5. Digital identity is becoming infrastructure, not an ID card This one could be extremely important for Jasmy. Japan's JPKI infrastructure is now used by 1,307 private-sector companies as of 17 August 2026, including for opening bank/securities accounts and loan contracts. (デジタル庁) The My Number Card is also now available on iPhone, further moving government-backed identity into everyday digital services. (デジタル庁) Jasmy is particularly relevant here because its own site notes that its case study was included in the Digital Agency's My Number Card Info material, and its Panasonic Advanced Technology work has already incorporated identity/data-management functionality. (Jasmy) This creates a potentially important future stack: JPKI/My Number → verified personPDL → user-controlled informationJasmy applications → permission/use of that informationJasmyChain → verifiable transactions/rightsstablecoin → monetary settlement Again, we don't yet have evidence that the Japanese government has selected that complete Jasmy architecture. But the individual problems it addresses are converging. 6. Japan's national digital strategy is moving toward AI + identity + infrastructure together Japan's Cabinet approved its latest Priority Plan for the Advancement of a Digital Society on 21 July 2026. Among its priorities are integrated AI utilisation, government DX, local-government infrastructure and citizen/business digital services. The one connection I'm keen to investigate more deeply It's actually energy × GPU × blockchain, especially given the Jasmy power-system PCT application we were discussing. Japan is actively experimenting with treating GPU electricity consumption as something that can be controlled according to grid conditions. Those facts do not establish that the patent is for JANCTION. But if Jasmy/JasmyLab eventually combined: distributed GPU orchestration → electricity-aware workload allocation → metered consumption → blockchain record → automated settlement then several things that currently look like separate Jasmy projects would suddenly make considerably more sense.   • How the sale of Remixpoint's altcoins positively impact JASMY

    A significant change took place at Remixpoint 3 days ago, and for JASMY holders the most interesting part may not be what the company sold, but what the move tells us about where its strategy is heading. On 2 September 2026, Remixpoint disclosed that it had sold all of its holdings in Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP and Dogecoin (DOGE). Following the sale, Bitcoin became the only cryptocurrency remaining in Remixpoint's crypto-asset portfolio. At first glance, that might sound negative for altcoins generally. For JASMY, however, the situation is considerably more nuanced. Remixpoint did not sell JASMY The first important point is simple: This was not a JASMY sale. There is also an important distinction between a cryptocurrency being held as a corporate treasury investment and a cryptocurrency being used as part of technological infrastructure. Remixpoint's decision indicates a concentration of its crypto investment portfolio around Bitcoin. That does not establish that Remixpoint has rejected blockchain applications, tokens used within applications or infrastructure that may involve other digital assets. For JASMY's future, that distinction could become extremely important. Investment versus utility There are two fundamentally different reasons a company might interact with a cryptocurrency. It can buy the token as an investment and hope its value increases. Or it can require the token because the company's technology, applications or users actually use it. For JASMY, the second scenario would arguably be far more significant over the long term. JASMY already has a functional role within JasmyChain: it is the network's native gas token. That means applications operating on JasmyChain can consume JASMY when executing blockchain transactions. And over the past 24 hours, we have started seeing a small but very real example of this mechanism operating. The timing is particularly interesting On 4 September 2026, JasmyChain experienced a sudden increase in activity. Investigation of that activity subsequently identified repeated interactions involving Jasmy Lab Point (JLP). We then examined the smart contract behind a large amount of this activity. The deployed contract code directly contains the address of the JLP token contract, and the bytecode includes functionality interacting with JLP through token transfers, balance checks and a mint-related function. The contract had also recorded 1,795 transactions and 1,795 token transfers when observed. Most importantly for JASMY, these application transactions were consuming JASMY as network gas. The amounts are currently extremely small. This is not creating meaningful JASMY buying pressure today. But it demonstrates the mechanism that ultimately matters: Application activity → JasmyChain transactions → JASMY gas consumption. Where does Remixpoint fit? This is where things become interesting — but also where we need to distinguish facts from possibilities. Remixpoint is increasingly positioning itself around digital assets, energy and DeepTech. Its own recent corporate announcements describe a restructuring of its business portfolio and concentration of management resources into growth areas. Its DEEPPOINT platform is also actively publishing and developing content around DeepTech, AI, energy and advanced technology. There is already a striking Jasmy connection within that ecosystem. Recent DEEPPOINT content features Tadashi Morita, identifying him as Jasmy's head of security and senior strategist, while discussing subjects including security, energy systems and DeepTech. So there are clearly points of contact between the Remixpoint and Jasmy worlds. That does not establish that Remixpoint is about to adopt JASMY, use JasmyChain or direct the proceeds of its altcoin sales into Jasmy-related projects. No such conclusion should currently be made. But it makes the developing relationship worth watching. The bigger JASMY opportunity Imagine two very different scenarios. In the first, a company buys JASMY for its corporate treasury. That can produce buying pressure, but ultimately the company can sell those tokens again — exactly as Remixpoint has now demonstrated with ETH, SOL, XRP and DOGE. The second scenario is fundamentally different. A business builds or uses infrastructure that requires JASMY to function. Applications generate transactions. Transactions require gas. Gas requires JASMY. Usage therefore creates recurring utility rather than relying purely on speculative investment. That is the model JASMY holders should arguably be watching much more closely. Remixpoint's Bitcoin decision could actually reinforce this distinction Remixpoint's decision effectively separates its crypto investment strategy from the much broader question of how blockchain and digital assets can be used operationally. Bitcoin can serve its treasury strategy. Meanwhile, technologies involving tokens, points, smart contracts, AI infrastructure, data and DeepTech can potentially serve completely different purposes. That is why I don't view Remixpoint's disposal of ETH, SOL, XRP and DOGE as evidence against JASMY. If anything, it makes the distinction between holding a token and using a token easier to see. For JASMY, the long-term investment thesis increasingly depends on the latter. What we should watch next There are now several pieces moving at approximately the same time. Remixpoint is restructuring its portfolio and concentrating resources on strategic growth areas. Its cryptocurrency treasury has been simplified around Bitcoin. DEEPPOINT continues to build out Remixpoint's DeepTech presence. Jasmy-related expertise is already appearing within that environment. And separately, JasmyChain has just shown a significant increase in application-level activity involving JLP, with JASMY being consumed as gas. None of these facts proves that they are all part of one coordinated strategy. That connection has not been announced. But collectively they give us a very specific question to watch: Will the increasingly visible connections between Remixpoint, Jasmy and the broader DeepTech ecosystem eventually translate into actual use of Jasmy technology? Why that would matter If the answer eventually becomes yes, the importance would go considerably beyond Remixpoint simply purchasing some JASMY. The much larger opportunity would be businesses, applications or platforms generating recurring activity through the Jasmy ecosystem. JasmyChain does not need companies merely to speculate on JASMY. It needs applications. It needs transactions. It needs users. And ultimately, it needs economic activity that makes the network useful. The JLP activity we've uncovered this week provides an early example of what application-driven JasmyChain activity can look like. The amounts are tiny today. The principle isn't. Bottom line Remixpoint's recent altcoin sale is not directly bullish for JASMY. There is currently no evidence that the proceeds are being invested into JASMY, JasmyChain or JasmyLab. But strategically, the development is worth watching. Remixpoint appears to be drawing a clearer line between Bitcoin as a corporate digital-asset holding and the company's broader pursuit of growth through technology, energy and DeepTech. For JASMY, that could ultimately be the more important side of the equation. The strongest future scenario isn't: “Remixpoint buys JASMY.” It is: “Businesses begin using Jasmy infrastructure because they need it — and JASMY becomes part of the machinery that makes that infrastructure work.” After what we've just observed with JLP on JasmyChain, that distinction has become considerably more tangible. JASMY doesn't ultimately need to win by being another token sitting on a corporate balance sheet. It needs to become a token that businesses and applications actually have a reason to use.   • JasmyChain Suddenly Springs to Life: A Burst of On-Chain Activity Appears

    Something interesting is happening on JasmyChain tonight (I'm in Australia). On 4 September 2026, live data from the JasmyChain explorer began showing a noticeable acceleration in blockchain activity. After a long period in which JasmyChain has remained relatively quiet, blocks and transactions began appearing in rapid succession. This does not yet prove mass adoption or a major product launch, but the change is significant enough to warrant attention. What happened? At approximately 11:02 pm AEST on 4 September, JasmyScan displayed: 3,590 transactions over the previous 24 hours 1,275 total addresses on the explorer shortly beforehand Blocks reaching approximately 8,373 New blocks appearing within seconds during the observation Repeated successful token transfers Tiny amounts of JASMY being paid as transaction fees This is a substantial change from the very low level of JasmyChain activity we have been monitoring previously. View the live JasmyChain blocks So what are all these transactions? Looking more closely reveals an important pattern. Many of the new blocks appear to contain two transactions. One is labelled: Contract call — startBlock — ArbOS The other is labelled: Token transfer The startBlock transactions shouldn't be interpreted as individual users suddenly arriving on JasmyChain. JasmyChain is built using Arbitrum technology, and ArbOS is part of the underlying L2 infrastructure. These startBlock calls are system-level activity associated with processing blocks. The more interesting transactions are the token transfers occurring alongside them. The fact that "Value JASMY" is zero can initially look confusing. It does not mean nothing is being transferred. A token can be moved or a token contract can be executed without native JASMY itself being the asset transferred. JASMY is instead being used to pay the network gas fee. That is an important distinction. What could be happening? The repetitive nature of the transactions suggests this is probably automated activity rather than hundreds of individual people manually making transactions. Possible explanations include: testing of a new or existing application automated token distribution points or reward processing smart-contract testing a batch operation an application beginning to generate transactions infrastructure or deployment activity We don't yet have enough evidence to say which explanation is correct. That distinction matters. Seeing hundreds of transactions is exciting, but transaction count alone does not equal hundreds of new users. One application can generate hundreds or thousands of blockchain transactions automatically. Why this is still positive for Jasmy Even if this turns out to be automated testing, there is something important happening. JasmyChain exists to be used. For a long time, one of the biggest questions surrounding the network has been when we would begin seeing meaningful applications and activity appearing on-chain. Tonight we can actually observe: contracts executing tokens moving blocks being processed JASMY being consumed for transaction fees That is real network activity. And this highlights one of the most interesting aspects of JasmyChain's design. JASMY has a functional role on the network JASMY isn't merely sitting alongside JasmyChain as a tradable cryptocurrency. It is the network's native gas token. When applications execute transactions on JasmyChain, small amounts of JASMY can be required to pay the transaction fees. The amounts currently being consumed are tiny. Nobody should suggest this activity is materially affecting JASMY's supply or price. But conceptually, this is important. If JasmyChain eventually supports many applications producing large numbers of transactions, those applications create utility-driven demand for JASMY gas. Tonight's activity provides a small real-world demonstration of that mechanism. And this comes at an interesting time We've already been watching new activity emerge within the broader JasmyChain ecosystem, including points/token experimentation and increasing smart-contract deployment. That makes tonight's sudden burst particularly worth investigating. The key question now isn't simply: "How many transactions are there?" It is: "What application or contract is generating them?" Identifying the contract behind 0xf0...bEE8 and decoding method 0x0efe6a8b should help establish exactly what process is running. Bottom line Something has clearly changed on JasmyChain tonight. The evidence currently supports saying that JasmyChain experienced a sudden burst of automated on-chain activity on 4 September 2026, including repeated token transfers accompanied by rapid block processing. It does not yet support claims that hundreds of new users have arrived or that a new Jasmy product has officially launched. But after watching a relatively quiet network for months, seeing contracts repeatedly execute and tokens move across JasmyChain is certainly something worth paying attention to. The network is doing something. Now we need to identify what is doing it; and why. Either way, the timing couldn't be better!

  • Is Jasmy Quietly Building the Foundations for Its Next Expansion Phase?

    A fascinating theory emerged from the Japanese JASMY community on 2 September 2026: What if Jasmy's next major growth phase isn't simply about convincing existing companies to adopt its technology? What if Jasmy and JANCTION are creating the infrastructure needed to help build entirely new businesses around the Jasmy ecosystem from day one? This has not been officially announced as Jasmy's M&A or joint-venture strategy. But recent developments provide some compelling evidence that the broader idea isn't far-fetched. 18 July 2026: Hara gives an important clue On 18 July, Jasmy CFO Hiroshi Hara wrote: “I am going to bring #JASMY and #JANCTION even closer together so we can provide resources to more deep-tech companies.” That is significant. Rather than positioning JANCTION as an isolated GPU project, Hara is explicitly talking about bringing JASMY and JANCTION closer together and providing infrastructure to other technology companies. 24 July: JasmyLab reveals the expanding technology stack On 24 July, Hara announced the updated JasmyLab corporate website. Today that technology stack is remarkably broad: JANCTION distributed GPU computing GPU Pool Edge DataCenter JasmyChain AI and blockchain development enterprise systems Jasmy/JasmyLab data technology JasmyLab describes the overall architecture simply as: “Compute, data & trust, on one technology base.” JasmyChain provides the trust layer for things including data usage rights, rewards, settlement and identity, while JANCTION provides distributed computing resources. This is beginning to look less like a collection of individual products and more like infrastructure from which businesses could potentially be built. July 2026: DeepPoint adds another piece There is another interesting connection. On 13 July 2026, Remixpoint announced a strategic partnership with Japan Asia Investment to develop DeepPoint into a “Deep Tech Growth Platform” connecting technology, companies and investors. The stated objective is to generate new business opportunities around deep-tech companies. Hara is closely involved with the DeepPoint initiative. That does not make DeepPoint a Jasmy project. But it does show that Hara is actively operating in an environment designed to connect deep-tech companies, investors, infrastructure and new commercial opportunities. Combine that with his statement five days later about providing JASMY/JANCTION resources to more deep-tech companies and the direction becomes particularly interesting. JasmyLab is already talking about creating new businesses Perhaps the strongest evidence comes from JasmyLab itself. Its jointly managed GPU verification-node initiative allows business partners to participate in infrastructure while JasmyLab handles areas including architecture, operation and monitoring. More importantly, JasmyLab says it intends to work with partners in industries such as: manufacturing logistics construction nursing care The objective? To develop use cases and create “new services and business models” combining AI with its infrastructure. That is remarkably close to the incubation model being discussed. Why this could be much bigger than simply gaining adopters Getting an established multinational company to replace existing infrastructure is difficult. There are legacy systems, cloud contracts, databases, security requirements, internal approvals and enormous switching costs. But imagine creating a new business instead. One company provides technology. Another provides customers. Another provides data. JANCTION provides computing power. Jasmy provides data infrastructure. JasmyChain provides the trust layer. Instead of trying to insert Jasmy into an established business later, the new business could potentially be built around the ecosystem from the beginning. That changes the equation considerably. What this could ultimately mean for JASMY We need to be precise here. There has been no announcement that Jasmy is about to acquire companies or that new joint ventures will automatically use the JASMY token. But consider the direction of travel. More companies using JANCTION could mean more computing activity. More applications could generate more data. More data creates greater need for ownership, permissions, identity, verification and settlement. And JasmyChain has been specifically designed to provide those trust functions. So the potentially bullish story isn't simply: “Companies will be forced to use JASMY.” It is much more interesting: Build an expanding ecosystem in which JASMY infrastructure becomes increasingly useful because businesses are actually operating on top of it. The old Jasmy story was: Build technology and find companies willing to adopt it. The emerging possibility is considerably more ambitious: Build the infrastructure, connect the companies and help create entirely new businesses around the ecosystem. If that is where Jasmy's incubation strategy is ultimately heading, Jasmy may be positioning itself not simply as technology that companies adopt, but as infrastructure upon which new businesses are built. That would be a very different Jasmy story.

  • Japan Is Betting on AI and Robotics. Could Jasmy Be Building Part of the Infrastructure?

    On 29 August 2026, DEEPPOINT published an article featuring former PlayStation CTO Masayuki Chatani discussing the rapid acceleration of artificial intelligence and Japan’s potential advantage in combining AI, robotics and omotenashi, Japan’s distinctive approach to human-centred service. Then, on 31 August 2026, Panasonic Advanced Technology announced that it had begun working with Jasmy and JasmyLab toward providing Smart Render by JANCTION, a distributed GPU service incorporating Jasmy’s Personal Data Locker technology. These two developments are not officially connected. However, they appeared within days of each other and point toward an interesting bigger picture. Japan is increasingly considering how AI can move beyond computers and into machines, robots and physical services. At the same time, Jasmy is building technology around some of the infrastructure that this future could require: secure data, IoT devices and distributed computing power. 29 August 2026: Former PlayStation CTO discusses Japan’s AI future Masayuki Chatani is a significant figure in Japanese technology. He was involved with the original PlayStation and subsequently served as CTO and Executive Vice President of Sony Computer Entertainment. In the article published by DEEPPOINT on 29 August, Chatani discusses the technological “singularity”, traditionally associated with around 2045. His view is that the extraordinary acceleration of generative AI means this point could arrive considerably sooner. But his argument about Japan is arguably more interesting. Chatani believes Japan has an opportunity to combine three strengths: Artificial intelligence Robotics Omotenashi, or highly attentive human-centred service The idea is relatively simple. AI provides intelligence. Robotics gives that intelligence the ability to interact with the physical world. Human-centred service determines how that technology is actually used to improve people’s lives. Why Japan’s ageing population matters Japan has one of the world’s most advanced ageing populations. Normally, this is discussed as an economic problem. Chatani also sees an opportunity. Japan needs new ways of helping an ageing population maintain independence and quality of life while dealing with a shrinking workforce. AI-powered robotics could potentially assist with areas such as: Aged care Mobility Household assistance Transportation Communication Monitoring Service industries Japan therefore has an enormous real-world environment in which these technologies could be developed and refined. If successful, similar systems could eventually be exported to other countries as their populations age. Where does Jasmy fit into this? This is where we need to be very clear. There is no confirmed connection between Chatani’s article and Jasmy. Chatani was not announcing a Jasmy partnership. There is no evidence that his comments were referring specifically to Jasmy. However, the technological future he describes creates a problem that is directly relevant to Jasmy. AI-powered machines need data. Lots of it. Think about an AI-powered care robot Imagine a robot assisting an elderly person in their home. To provide genuinely useful assistance, that system could potentially need access to information such as: Identity Preferences Daily routines Voice commands Location Movement Behaviour Access permissions Interaction history The robot could also be communicating with other devices and services. That creates an important question. Who controls all that data? There are also questions about who can access it, how permission is provided and how sensitive information can be securely shared between different systems. This is where Jasmy’s technology becomes relevant. Jasmy’s original focus is data Jasmy has spent years developing technology around IoT and the management of data generated by people and connected devices. One of its core technologies is the Personal Data Locker, or PDL. The concept is designed to give individuals greater control over their own information rather than simply allowing companies and platforms to control it. That potentially becomes increasingly important as AI moves into the physical world. A world containing millions of intelligent machines does not simply need better AI. It needs secure infrastructure underneath the AI. Then something important happened on 31 August Only two days after the DEEPPOINT article appeared, Panasonic Advanced Technology announced a new development involving Jasmy and JasmyLab. On 31 August 2026, the companies announced that they had begun working toward providing Smart Render by JANCTION. Smart Render uses distributed GPU resources rather than relying entirely on one central computing environment. The announcement brings together: Panasonic Advanced Technology’s software and systems expertise Jasmy’s platform and Personal Data Locker technology JasmyLab and JANCTION’s distributed GPU infrastructure This is significant because GPUs are one of the fundamental computing resources required by modern artificial intelligence. And it isn't necessarily just about rendering The initial Smart Render application focuses on demanding rendering workloads such as 3D and video production. But the announcement becomes considerably more interesting when you look at its potential future applications. Panasonic Advanced Technology identified possible expansion into areas including: AI inference Video processing Upscaling Audio processing AI inference means using an already-trained AI model to analyse information and produce an answer, prediction or action. That is the part of AI people and machines actually use. Jasmy's technology stack is becoming broader This helps explain why the 31 August announcement matters. Historically, much of the Jasmy story has centred around data. But the emerging ecosystem is increasingly bringing together both data and computing resources. In simple terms: AI needs data. AI also needs computing power. Robots and IoT devices generate and consume enormous amounts of data. People and organisations need secure ways of controlling that information. Jasmy is developing data infrastructure. JasmyLab and JANCTION are developing distributed computing infrastructure. Panasonic Advanced Technology is now working with both companies toward practical commercial applications. That combination is worth watching. Panasonic makes this more than a theoretical discussion The Panasonic Advanced Technology relationship did not begin this week. Jasmy and Panasonic Advanced Technology have been collaborating since 2024 on a Web3-based platform intended to connect information generated by people with information generated by devices and other things. The 31 August 2026 Smart Render announcement is new, but it builds on that earlier relationship. That distinction is important. The partnership itself isn't new. What is new is the latest step toward a practical distributed GPU service involving Panasonic Advanced Technology, Jasmy and JasmyLab. What does this have to do with robots? There is currently no announcement saying Jasmy will provide infrastructure for Japan’s robotics industry. That would be speculation. But consider what advanced AI-powered robots require. They potentially need: Computing power Data Secure data storage Identity Authentication Permissions Communication with other devices AI processing Privacy protections Jasmy is now developing technology relevant to several of those requirements. That doesn't mean Jasmy will necessarily become a major robotics infrastructure provider. It means that the technological direction of Japan's AI and robotics industry is becoming increasingly relevant to Jasmy. There is also an interesting Sony connection Chatani spent much of his career inside the Sony and PlayStation ecosystem. Jasmy also has significant Sony heritage. Jasmy representative director Kunitake Ando is a former President and COO of Sony Corporation. Other people associated with Jasmy have also come from Sony backgrounds. This does not establish a Chatani-Jasmy connection. It is simply interesting context. People emerging from Japan's major electronics and technology companies are increasingly confronting the same fundamental question: What comes next? For Chatani, one answer is AI combined with robotics. For Jasmy, the opportunity may be further down the technology stack, providing infrastructure that helps data, devices and computing resources work together securely. What is actually new? For clarity, these are the dates that matter. 29 August 2026 DEEPPOINT published the Chatani article discussing the accelerating arrival of advanced AI and Japan's potential opportunity in AI, robotics and omotenashi. 31 August 2026 Panasonic Advanced Technology announced that it had begun working with Jasmy and JasmyLab toward providing Smart Render by JANCTION. The announcement also identified AI inference as one of the areas into which the distributed GPU technology could potentially expand. The Chatani article and Jasmy announcement are separate developments. There is no evidence that one caused the other or that they form part of the same project. Why this matters for Jasmy holders For years, one of the biggest questions surrounding Jasmy has been simple: What will all this infrastructure actually be used for? AI may provide part of the answer. The bigger picture We should not claim that Japan has selected Jasmy to power its AI or robotics future. It hasn't. We should not claim that Chatani was talking about Jasmy. There is no evidence that he was. But we can ask a much more interesting and defensible question. If Japan’s next major technology push really does combine AI, robotics and connected physical systems, who will provide the secure data and computing infrastructure underneath them? On 31 August 2026, Jasmy, JasmyLab and Panasonic Advanced Technology took another small but tangible step into that emerging infrastructure layer. That is why these developments are worth watching together. This version makes 29 August and 31 August 2026 prominent, while being very explicit that the Chatani article and Jasmy announcement are separate developments.

  • New JasmyChain Activity: What Jasmy Lab Point (JLP) Could Mean for JASMY

    3 September 2026 Something very interesting has appeared on JasmyChain today. New on-chain activity involving a token labelled JLP shows new tokens being created and then distributed between multiple wallets. Image 1. The Jasmy x JLP relationship Importantly, this is not just a rumour or an announcement about something that might happen in the future. We can see the JLP transactions occurring on JasmyChain. What we cannot yet confirm is exactly what JasmyLab intends to do with JLP. There has been no official explanation of JLP from JasmyLab yet, so we need to separate what the blockchain proves from what the activity may eventually mean. What actually happened? The JasmyChain explorer shows the following activity: Block Activity Amount 6572 New JLP created (minted) 9,060 JLP 6573 JLP transferred to another wallet 160 JLP 6574 More JLP created (minted) 10,000 JLP 6575 JLP distributed to several wallets 1,000 JLP each So far, we have seen 19,060 JLP created. More importantly, JLP is not simply being created and left sitting in one wallet. It is being distributed to other addresses. That distinction matters. Image 2. Token transfers What does “minting” mean? “Minting” sounds complicated, but it really isn't. Imagine a company is creating a new rewards program. Before it can give customers points, it first has to create those points inside its system. If the company creates 10,000 reward points, there are now 10,000 points available to distribute. Blockchain terminology calls this minting. So when we see: 10,000 JLP minted it simply means 10,000 new JLP were created. The more interesting part is what happened afterwards. Some of those JLP were sent to other blockchain addresses. That starts to resemble the basic mechanics you would need for a working points or rewards system. Think of JLP like Flybuys or airline points At this stage, we do not know that JLP is a rewards program. JasmyLab needs to confirm its purpose. But a simple way of understanding the possibility is to think about programs such as Flybuys or airline frequent-flyer points. A customer performs an activity. The company awards points. Those points appear in the customer's account. The customer may eventually use those points for something. JLP could potentially perform a similar function, except the points would operate using JasmyChain infrastructure. Instead of a business simply maintaining a private database saying that Customer A owns 1,000 points, the issuance and movement of those points could potentially be recorded on JasmyChain. That opens up some interesting possibilities. Why today's transactions are interesting If all we had seen was a JLP contract being created, I would not read too much into it. Developers deploy experimental contracts all the time. But we're seeing more than that. • JLP has been created. • An initial 9,060 JLP were minted. • 160 JLP were transferred to another address. • Another 10,000 JLP were subsequently minted. • JLP then began being distributed in 1,000-JLP amounts to multiple addresses. This looks more like active testing of a distribution mechanism than a contract simply being created and abandoned. We still don't know whether those recipient addresses represent developers, test accounts, applications or something else. But the behaviour is worth watching. Why a points system would make sense for Jasmy Points and rewards are not a completely new idea for Jasmy. Jasmy has previously discussed rewarding people for participation and data-related activity, and its broader ecosystem has contemplated points and token-based economic systems. That matters because today's activity therefore is not completely disconnected from Jasmy's previously stated direction. The potentially important difference is that we are now seeing something called JLP actually operating on the live JasmyChain. In other words, we are watching activity on the infrastructure itself rather than simply reading about a future concept. Why could this be positive for JASMY? This is probably the most important part. JASMY is the gas token used on JasmyChain. Gas is simply the small fee required to perform a blockchain transaction. Think about the postage stamp required to send a letter. If an application needs to execute an on-chain transaction on JasmyChain, it needs JASMY to pay the associated network fee. So if JLP eventually becomes part of a genuine points platform, the important development is not necessarily the value of JLP. It is the activity that a successful points platform could bring to JasmyChain. For example, imagine a company uses JasmyChain to operate a customer rewards program. Customers earn points when they purchase something, complete an activity or participate in a promotion. Those rewards are issued through the company's application. The user may simply see: “You have earned 100 points.” Behind the scenes, however, the application could be interacting with JasmyChain. The customer doesn't necessarily need to know anything about blockchain. They don't necessarily need to buy JASMY themselves. But the infrastructure supporting the application uses JasmyChain, and JASMY is the gas that powers transactions on that network. That is genuine token utility. Image 3. Summarised JLP activity JLP does not need to become another cryptocurrency This is an important distinction. People may immediately ask: “How much will JLP be worth?” That may be the wrong question. JLP could potentially have no independently traded market value at all. If it is a points system, the model could simply be: JLP = the points or rewards JasmyChain = the infrastructure JASMY = the gas used to operate that infrastructure That could actually be an attractive architecture for mainstream adoption. A normal customer doesn't want to think about blockchains, gas fees, wallets and cryptocurrency every time they earn loyalty points. Ideally, all of that technology disappears into the background. The customer simply sees their points. Where this could potentially lead There are several possibilities, although none of these have yet been confirmed by JasmyLab. 1. A Jasmy ecosystem rewards program JLP could become a common rewards mechanism used across Jasmy-powered services or applications. Users might receive JLP for particular activities or participation. 2. Rewards for data This would be particularly interesting given Jasmy's long-standing focus on personal data. A system could potentially reward users when they voluntarily participate in approved data-sharing arrangements. That would fit neatly with Jasmy's broader philosophy of giving individuals greater control over their data. 3. Business loyalty programs Businesses could potentially use Jasmy infrastructure to issue their own customer rewards. Instead of every company developing a complete rewards infrastructure from scratch, JasmyChain could potentially provide some of the underlying technology. 4. Employee or organisational rewards Points don't necessarily have to be consumer loyalty points. Companies could potentially use them for employee incentives, participation programs, training, communities or other organisational activities. 5. Gaming and digital communities Points systems are extremely common in games and online communities. JLP could potentially provide a blockchain-based reward mechanism for applications built within the broader Jasmy ecosystem. 6. Connection with JANCTION Given the relationship between JasmyLab, JasmyChain and JANCTION, it is reasonable to watch for any future connection between JLP and JANCTION services. At present, however, we do not have evidence establishing such a connection. 7. A broader points platform This would potentially be the most interesting outcome. Rather than JLP belonging to one application, JasmyLab could conceivably be developing infrastructure that allows numerous businesses and applications to issue, distribute or manage rewards using JasmyChain. If that happened at scale, the significance would be much larger than JLP itself. What would large-scale adoption look like? Imagine 100 businesses eventually using JasmyChain-powered rewards. Now imagine each business has 50,000 customers. Users could earn points for purchases, promotions, participation, approved data use, application activity or other actions. Suddenly you're no longer talking about a few blockchain transactions. You're potentially talking about millions of interactions being processed through applications using JasmyChain. That is the part JASMY holders should be watching. The long-term value of blockchain infrastructure comes from usage. Does this create significant JASMY demand today? Not yet; that needs to be stated clearly. The JLP transactions we're seeing today will consume only tiny amounts of JASMY in gas. 19,060 JLP being minted does not mean 19,060 JASMY are required. JLP and JASMY are different things. The potential positive effect comes from scale. A few transactions don't matter economically. Hundreds of applications producing millions of transactions would be a very different story. Therefore, rather than focusing on how much JASMY today's JLP transactions consumed, I would be watching whether JLP begins producing recurring network activity. What should we watch next? There are several important clues that could tell us whether this is simply developer testing or something much bigger. • More JLP minting. Continued creation of JLP would show that activity is ongoing. • More recipient wallets. If JLP begins reaching dozens, hundreds or thousands of addresses, that becomes considerably more interesting. • Repeated distributions. Regular batches could indicate an automated rewards mechanism. • New contracts interacting with JLP. This could reveal applications being built around the token. • Growth in JasmyChain transactions. Ultimately, this is one of the most important metrics. • An official JasmyLab announcement. This is what we really need before drawing firm conclusions about JLP's intended purpose. What we do NOT know There is plenty we still cannot say. We do not yet know whether JLP has monetary value. We do not know whether it will be publicly available. We do not know whether ordinary users will receive JLP. We do not know whether JLP will be redeemable. We do not know whether JLP can ever be exchanged for JASMY. We do not know which companies or applications may use it. And we don't yet know whether today's transactions represent production deployment, controlled testing or another stage of development. Those questions require more blockchain evidence or an announcement from JasmyLab. Is this bullish for JASMY? I would describe it as positive early evidence rather than a bullish price event. There is an important difference. The exciting part isn't that 19,060 JLP now exist. The exciting part is that we're seeing a new token being created, moved and distributed on JasmyChain. If JLP develops into a genuine points or rewards platform, it could provide another reason for businesses and applications to use JasmyChain. More applications could mean more users. More users could mean more transactions. And more transactions mean greater utilisation of the network for which JASMY is the gas token. That's the potential significance. The bottom line Something new is happening on JasmyChain. JLP is being minted and distributed across wallets, and the activity is consistent with the sort of early testing or rollout you might expect from a points or rewards system. We don't yet know exactly what JasmyLab is building. But if JLP does develop into a points infrastructure for users, businesses or applications, its significance won't necessarily come from the value of JLP itself. Its significance could come from bringing more activity onto JasmyChain. And that is important for JASMY because JASMY isn't merely associated with JasmyChain. It is the gas token used to power transactions on it. For now, the most accurate description is: JLP is live on JasmyChain and is being actively minted and distributed. Its purpose remains unconfirmed, but the transaction pattern is consistent with early testing or deployment of a points-based system. That makes it something worth watching very closely.     JASMY is moving, but which numbers really matter? Ethereum token movement surged while JasmyChain continued to accumulate transactions, contracts and on-chain activity. The exciting story is real, but it is more nuanced than one dramatic percentage. Week ending 30 August 2026 | Snapshot values can change after publication WEEKLY DATA WATCH This week produced two genuinely interesting signals. Etherscan reported approximately 1,590 transfers of the ERC-20 JASMY token over 24 hours, up 141% from the preceding comparison period. Separately, JasmyChain’s explorer showed continued growth in its own network activity. These are different datasets: Etherscan records JASMY moving on Ethereum; JasmyScan records activity occurring on JasmyChain. They should never be added together. The important correction is that JasmyChain’s headline transaction counter includes network-system transactions as well as user-facing activity. Comparing the full current counter with an earlier user-transaction total produces an inflated 125% figure. On a "like-for-like" estimate, I worked out that user-facing JasmyChain transactions have grown by approximately 15%: a credibly and significant rise. JasmyChain transactions and addresses JasmyScan’s current snapshot reports 13,372 total transactions, 6,552 blocks, 1,264 addresses and 156 transactions in its latest 24-hour counter. At first glance, comparing 13,372 with the early-August figure of 5,931 appears to show growth of roughly 125%. However, JasmyChain is an Arbitrum Orbit network and the explorer records a system transaction associated with each block. Subtracting approximately one system transaction for each of the 6,552 blocks leaves an estimated 6,820 user-facing transactions. Against the early-August baseline of 5,931, that is an increase of approximately 889 transactions, or 15%. That is still encouraging. It means real activity has continued to accumulate. Yet the address count increased by only 27, from approximately 1,237 to 1,264, or 2.2%. The fairest reading is that existing addresses and applications are generating more activity, while broad user growth remains early. A transaction is not the same as a person: one wallet, contract or automated process can create many transactions. 2. New and verified JasmyChain contracts JasmyChain now shows 612 smart contracts, of which 94 are verified. Verification means the published source code matches the code deployed on-chain, allowing outsiders to inspect what the contract is designed to do. Approximately 15.4% of the contracts are currently verified. The latest 24-hour snapshot shows no newly created or newly verified contracts. That does not erase the week’s earlier development, including attention around the verified NewtoLiquidityLocker infrastructure, but it prevents us from claiming that contract deployment is accelerating every day. The signal is an emerging development environment, not yet a continuous wave of new applications. 3. JASMY bridged onto JasmyChain The official Arbitrum bridge provides the route for moving JASMY between Ethereum and JasmyChain. Summing the native JASMY balances reported across the JasmyScan address dataset produces an analytical estimate of approximately 1,208,584 JASMY currently present on JasmyChain. This is not an official bridge-total statistic and should be labelled as an estimate: balances can reflect transfers, gas use and system behaviour after assets arrive. Even so, it is useful as a consistent baseline. The total remains close to the approximately 1.2 million JASMY observed in early August, so there is no evidence yet of a major new inflow of capital onto JasmyChain. A decisive rise here would be an important future adoption signal. 4. Ethereum transfers and holder growth This was the week’s sharpest movement. Etherscan recorded approximately 1,590 JASMY token transfers over 24 hours, up 141%. These transfers can include exchange deposits and withdrawals, wallet-to-wallet movements and decentralised-finance activity. They demonstrate that substantially more JASMY moved on Ethereum; they do not prove that all of it was buying. Ethereum holder addresses rose from the previously recorded 101,263 to approximately 101,295, an increase of 32, or about 0.03%. The contrast matters: token movement accelerated dramatically, but the number of holder addresses barely changed. This looks more like increased circulation among existing market participants than a sudden wave of new holders. 5. Exchange inflows and outflows Arkham can identify many exchange-labelled wallets and show large JASMY transfers into or out of those entities. In principle, net exchange inflows may indicate potential selling supply, while net outflows can be consistent with holders moving tokens into private custody. I have not found a sufficiently complete, independently verifiable weekly net-flow total to publish for this update. Individual whale transfers should not be mistaken for market-wide accumulation or selling. This metric will remain on the watchlist, particularly before the scheduled end of JASMY trading support on Upbit and Bithumb on 14 September 2026. Exchange labels and internal wallet movements can also make raw flow data misleading. 6. Spot volume versus futures volume CoinGlass’s latest snapshot placed JASMY spot volume at approximately US$3.15 million and futures volume at approximately US$21.71 million over 24 hours. On that dataset, futures turnover was almost seven times spot turnover. This is exciting in the sense that traders are paying attention, but it is not the same as organic token demand. Derivatives allow traders to take leveraged long or short positions without creating equivalent spot purchases. Data providers cover different exchanges, so their absolute volume figures vary; the more important message is that derivatives currently dominate the market structure. 7. Open interest, funding and liquidations CoinGlass reported approximately US$27.0 million in open JASMY futures positions and about US$9,454 in 24-hour liquidations at the captured snapshot. Open interest measures positions that remain unsettled; it does not tell us whether those positions are net bullish or bearish. The combination to watch is price, open interest and funding. Rising price with rising open interest can show new leveraged participation, but strongly positive funding can also signal crowded longs and squeeze risk. Conversely, negative funding can reveal aggressive short positioning. This week’s data confirms active speculative interest, not a guaranteed price direction. 8. Official users, customers and deployed applications The most institutionally significant evidence this week is not a token chart. J-LIS; the Japan Agency for Local Authority Information Systems officially lists Jasmy Corporation among private businesses receiving electronic-certificate revocation information under Japan’s Public Individual Authentication Service, or JPKI. In plain English, a My Number card contains electronic certificates used to prove identity or sign digitally. A certificate can later become invalid because it expires, the card is lost or information changes. Revocation information lets an authorised verifier check that a certificate presented by a user is still valid rather than merely appearing authentic. This is important security infrastructure for trustworthy digital identity. This is good news for Jasmy Corporation. It supports the credibility of Jasmy’s identity and personal-data infrastructure and places the company within a tightly controlled Japanese authentication framework alongside banks, technology groups and other regulated service providers. The machine-translated screenshot says “Jasme Inc.” because the translator rendered the Japanese pronunciation phonetically instead of applying the official English brand spelling. The original Japanese company name is the name of Jasmy Corporation. The limitations are equally important. The listing is real, but it is not a newly announced partnership, a government endorsement of the JASMY token or proof that J-LIS uses JASMY as payment or gas. The claim has circulated publicly since at least April 2025. Nor does the listing disclose user numbers, transaction volumes or revenue. It is positive evidence of capability and regulatory integration, but not direct evidence of token demand. My weekly verdict There is authentic movement across the JASMY ecosystem. Ethereum transfers surged, JasmyChain continued adding user-facing transactions, the contract base remains substantial and Jasmy’s official presence within Japan’s JPKI ecosystem provides meaningful institutional credibility. But the strongest interpretation is not “mass adoption has arrived”. Holder-address growth remains slight, JasmyChain address growth is modest, bridged JASMY appears broadly stable and futures activity is much larger than spot activity. The data is becoming more interesting, and more measurable, but the next major step must be broader active-address growth, larger bridge inflows and official commercial KPIs such as users, paying customers, devices or revenue-linked deployments. That is why this week matters. We are no longer watching only price and promises. We now have multiple, separate datasets through which the ecosystem can be tested. The numbers are moving.     What happens if a serious buyer tries to acquire 40 million $JASMY right now? At approximately $0.0044, that purchase would cost about US$176,000, or A$246,000 (for those of us in Australia). Here is the interesting part: no major individual exchange currently displays enough sell-side liquidity to absorb the entire order within 2% of the market price. Approximate JASMY availble within +2%: • Binance: 6.1 million • Coinbase: 7.5 million • Kraken: 17.5 million A 40-million-JASMY market order placed on any one of these exchanges would consume the nearby sell orders and push into higher prices. This does not mean 40 million JASMY is unavailable. Across the ten leading markets, approximately 64 million JASMY is currently offered within 2%, but that liquidity is fragmented across different exchanges, currencies and order books. Some may also be supplied by the same market makers. A sophisticated buyer could use multiple venues, limit orders, an OTC desk or a timed execution strategy. But a buyer attempting to secure 40 million quickly would create genuine demand pressure and could trigger arbitrage activity across the wider market. Mind you, that seems to demand a fair bit if an effort, doesn't it?!     Updated 31 August 2026 Discussions about Jasmy’s partnerships frequently mix confirmed commercial relationships with technology integrations, historical pilot projects and unsupported speculation. Names such as Apple, Sony and Toyota are often presented as direct Jasmy partners even though the available evidence does not support those claims. The verified picture is still substantial. Jasmy has developed a diverse corporate network spanning IoT infrastructure, digital identity, workplace security, healthcare, carbon credits, sport, cross-chain technology and digital-asset liquidity. Panasonic Advanced Technology Panasonic Advanced Technology is currently Jasmy’s most prominent industrial collaborator. The companies began jointly developing an open Web3 platform in February 2024, combining Panasonic’s IoT expertise with Jasmy’s Personal Data Locker technology. The platform is intended to connect information generated by people with information generated by devices while allowing users to control how their data is stored and shared. In September 2025, the companies reported their first substantive development results, including: an IoT software development kit integration with the Jasmy Base application storage of time-series IoT data My Number identity verification through Cybertrust’s iTrust service delegated control over personal data potential health, lifestyle, sport and tokenised-service applications The relationship expanded again on 31 August 2026 when Panasonic Advanced Technology, Jasmy and JasmyLab announced work towards Smart Render by JANCTION. The integration allows computer activity logs to be used in attendance and working-time records. This can reduce missed clock-ins, reveal unrecorded overtime and strengthen remote-work monitoring. The distinction here is essential: this is a confirmed integration with Sony Biz Networks, not evidence of a corporate partnership between Jasmy and Sony Corporation as a whole. Jasmy Secure PC information S.A.S. and Kinrou no Shishi Jasmy Secure PC also integrates with the cloud attendance-management system Kinrou no Shishi, operated by S.A.S. The integration uses computer logs to support the recording of employees’ working times. This helps organisations identify discrepancies between formal attendance records and actual computer activity, including potentially invisible or unpaid overtime. Together, the AKASHI and Kinrou no Shishi integrations show that Jasmy Secure PC is designed to work with established enterprise systems rather than operate as an isolated product. Dimage Share Dimage Share developed technology supporting Jasmy’s blockchain-based carbon-credit platform. This work contributed to the establishment of the Natural Capital Credit Exchange, or NCCX. The platform is intended to improve the traceability, reliability and digital distribution of voluntary carbon credits. Jasmy subsequently opened an NCCX beta platform and added support for J Blue Credits issued through Japan’s blue-economy framework. The relationship demonstrates another practical use for Jasmy technology: creating verifiable records for environmental assets whose value depends heavily on provenance and trust. Earlier confirmed relationships Jasmy has also announced a range of earlier collaborations. These were genuine, but there is insufficient recent public information to confirm that every project remains active in 2026. Nippon Travel Agency Jasmy and Nippon Travel Agency conducted digital-transformation experiments involving user-generated travel content, membership functions and responsible use of personal data. Transcosmos Jasmy and Transcosmos jointly developed technology for secure remote contact-centre operations. The system applied Jasmy’s device-management and data-security tools to employees working outside conventional offices. Witz Corporation Witz incorporated the Jasmy Personal Data Locker into its TISIWIT platform and collaborated with Jasmy on mobility, tourism-data and NFT-related projects. The Witz relationship is one reason Toyota is sometimes incorrectly described as a direct Jasmy partner. Witz has worked within Toyota-related mobility projects, but that does not establish a current direct commercial agreement between Jasmy and Toyota Motor Corporation. Koozyt Jasmy and Koozyt began developing the KJ Engine, an AI application framework intended to analyse data and generate predictive insights. Japanias Jasmy and Japanias announced research and proof-of-concept cooperation covering AI, IoT and cloud technologies. Synergy Marketing Synergy Marketing provided its en-chant marketing service for missions and supporter activities within the Sagan Tosu fan-token ecosystem. Mystiko.Network Jasmy began technical cooperation with Mystiko.Network to investigate zero-knowledge technology and privacy-preserving connections between on-chain and off-chain IoT data. Green Carbon Jasmy joined Green Carbon’s rice-farming consortium, which seeks to generate carbon credits by reducing methane emissions from rice cultivation. VAIO and Daiwabo Information System VAIO and Daiwabo Information System publicly supported Jasmy’s early Secure PC concept. However, these endorsements should not automatically be described as continuing, comprehensive corporate partnerships without newer evidence. Centrality and SingleSource Jasmy announced relationships with Centrality and SingleSource in 2018. These are part of Jasmy’s corporate history, but there is currently insufficient evidence to treat them as major active partnerships in 2026. The partnerships Jasmy does not have Accuracy matters because exaggerated claims weaken the credibility of Jasmy’s genuine achievements. Jasmy’s confirmed collaborator is Panasonic Advanced Technology, not every entity within the Panasonic group. What the network tells us Jasmy’s partnership network is not built around one single use case. It now reaches across several distinct markets: Panasonic Advanced Technology: IoT and distributed GPU computing Aplix and Sagan Tosu: consumer applications and regional commerce Cybertrust: verified digital identity Novaserum and Biomedica Solution: genomic data and personalised medicine Cicada: professional market liquidity Chainlink: cross-chain interoperability JasmyLab and JANCTION: blockchain, AI and GPU infrastructure Sony Biz Networks and S.A.S.: workforce and attendance systems Dimage Share: environmental markets and carbon credits The significance is not simply the number of names. The stronger partnerships connect different parts of Jasmy’s architecture to identifiable commercial applications. Panasonic provides evidence of industrial development. Cybertrust connects Jasmy to legally recognised identity verification. Sagan Tosu supplies a consumer-facing testing environment. The healthcare project demonstrates the value of protecting highly sensitive information. Chainlink expands JASMY across blockchain networks, while Cicada supports the liquidity required for a more mature token market. Conclusion Jasmy’s real corporate network is more credible than the exaggerated version circulated across social media. It does not need imaginary Apple, Sony or Toyota partnerships to have value. The verified relationships already show development across IoT, digital identity, workplace security, sport, healthcare, carbon markets, blockchain interoperability and distributed computing. The strongest evidence comes from partnerships that have progressed beyond announcements into operational systems. Panasonic Advanced Technology is the clearest example: the relationship moved from joint development in 2024 to reported platform results in 2025 and a new distributed-GPU initiative in August 2026. That progression, from agreement, to development, to measurable performance, is what investors should watch. The next important question is therefore not how many corporate logos can be associated with Jasmy. It is how many of these relationships produce paying customers, active users, stored data, JASMY demand and measurable transaction volume. That is the point at which an impressive partnership network becomes a genuinely valuable commercial ecosystem.

    I admit that I was mildly disappointed with Hara's pseudo vague announcement earlier today. That was until I searched for a #Panasonic update including #Jasmy. Yes, a major new announcement was published today, 31 August 2026, by Panasonic Advanced Technology. Importantly, the release was issued under Panasonic Advanced Technology’s official PR Times account, not merely by Jasmy or a crypto-news outlet. Jasmy, Jasmy Lab and Panasonic collaborate on distributed GPU rendering The announcement confirms: A service called Smart Render by JANCTION is being prepared for launch. It combines Jasmy Lab’s distributed GPU infrastructure, the Jasmy Platform and PDL, and Panasonic Advanced Technology’s systems expertise. Internal testing reportedly rendered a demanding Blender animation 16.7 times faster, reducing processing time from about four hours and ten minutes to 15 minutes. This is explicitly described as the second phase of the Jasmy–Panasonic collaboration, moving beyond platform development into a practical commercial service. Free trials and real-project testing with production companies, advertising firms, educational institutions and research organisations are planned. Future expansion could include AI inference, video processing, upscaling and audio processing. Panasonic Advanced Technology is a Panasonic Holdings affiliated company. It does not, however, state that JASMY tokens will be used (yet); initially, customers are expected to pay through yen-denominated prepaid credits. This is genuine, new and considerably more substantive than another general partnership update and far more impressive as it has come from Panasonic’s PR team.
