The people behind JASMY and JANCTION's ecosystem
If you wanted to sell me on $JASMY and $JCT, don't start with the charts or the current valuations.
And don't even remind me about Hara's 'deal' loss in January 2026.
Sell me the people.
This team is not going to fail. The writing is on the wall.
This isn't a team assembled from anonymous crypto developers and influencers. Look at who is actually behind the ecosystem.

Kunitake Ando — former President & COO of Sony
Ando didn't simply work at Sony. He ran it.
His career included President and COO of Sony Corporation, President and COO of Sony Engineering and Manufacturing of America, Chairman of Sony Financial Holdings and Chairman of Sony Life Insurance.
#Jasmy says he also helped establish new Sony business models, including the launch of VAIO PCs and Sony's life-insurance business.
That's serious corporate pedigree sitting at the top of Jasmy.
Kazumasa Sato — President & COO of Jasmy
Another former senior Sony executive.
Sato previously led Sony Style Japan, held executive roles within Sony Marketing and headed Sony's Creative Center.
His background is particularly relevant because Jasmy doesn't merely need clever technology.
It needs someone who understands how technology becomes a product, how products are positioned and how they scale.
Tadashi Morita — Jasmy's security chief
This one deserves much more attention.
Morita spent decades as a Sony engineer.
He worked on FeliCa cards, mobile-wallet chips and NFC technology and helped drive NFC international standardisation.
Jasmy says he filed approximately 100 patents during his Sony career and later became one of Sony's Chief Distinguished Engineers.
Jasmy's own whitepaper identifies him as a former FeliCa project leader.
Think about the relevance.
Jasmy is attempting to build infrastructure around secure identity, devices and personal data, and one of the people responsible for its security architecture spent his career working on technologies at the heart of Japan's contactless digital infrastructure.
Hiroshi “Hara” Harada — the bridge between Jasmy and JANCTION
Hara brings something completely different.
He's a Japanese CPA who spent years at KPMG AZSA working on listed-company audits and IPO support.
Today he sits at an unusually important intersection:
#Jasmy CFO.
#JasmyLab representative director.
#JANCTION CEO.
And increasingly involved in digital-asset and deep-tech business development.
He's therefore sitting where capital, corporate strategy, JASMY, JANCTION and emerging products meet.
And Hara has publicly said he intends to bring the JASMY and JANCTION ecosystems closer together.
That statement is one of the reasons I'm watching this relationship so closely.
Kyohei Ito — the builder
Then you get a very different generation.
Ito became Vice President of Engineering at JasmyLab in 2026.
His background includes Web3 engineering, blockchain architecture, developer ecosystems and product development.
This matters because Jasmy's original leadership brought enormous corporate and engineering experience.
What the ecosystem increasingly needs now is execution.
GPU Pool.
#PDL.
Data infrastructure.
Actual products people can use.
Ito represents that newer engineering layer tasked with turning the broader vision into functioning technology.
And that's what makes the overall team interesting to me.
You have:
a former President of Sony providing strategic leadership
former senior Sony executives with product and commercial experience
a Sony engineer deeply involved in FeliCa/NFC and security technology
a CPA and former KPMG auditor connecting finance, digital assets and corporate development
a younger Web3 engineering team building the next generation of products
JANCTION developing distributed GPU and AI infrastructure
Jasmy developing identity, data ownership and enterprise infrastructure
JasmyChain increasingly providing the blockchain layer connecting parts of it together
None of that guarantees that $JASMY or $JCT succeeds.
Great résumés don't automatically create token value.
Revenue, adoption, users and genuine token demand still have to follow.
But if you ask me what makes the Jasmy/JANCTION story difficult to dismiss, it's this:
These aren't people learning how to build technology companies for the first time.
Some of them helped build, commercialise and secure technologies used by millions of people long before crypto existed.
Now they're attempting to do it again; this time across data, identity, blockchain, AI and distributed computing.
That's the bet.
Not just the tokens.
The team behind them.
